Server Maintenance	April 28, 2008
Our host is doing some heavy updating of their software today (the 29th). This means that we will be offline for a while - sadly, I do not know exactly how long it will take. We will just have to wait for Surpass to finish their tasks and hope that it will be done and over with quickly, and with success. The upgrades themselves are purely background mechanical, so I'm afraid we won't have any shiny, new buttons to offer you once we get back online. Not yet, at least. I am sorry for any inconveniences this downtime will cause. Also, spread the word if you can, as I reckon not everyone will get the opportunity to read this announcement before the server disconnects.

The Forge: First Season Ends	April 16, 2008
Ladies and gentlemen of Hidden Realms, it is with great pleasure that I announce the culmination of the Forge's first season, and the spring Champions of both its 'Anything Goes' and 'Weapon of Choice' rings! Please put your hands together for Givler Anderre and Korias Tormüth who have both fought admirably in many battles over these past twelve weeks, and well earned their titles of Champion. As Champion of the Forge they both win two-hundred and fifty golden crowns IC, as well as the respect of warriors across the continent and realm wide reknown. As well as this there are a few other matters I would like to bring to your attention. The first is a special gala fight put on for the two champions to show off their skills to their adoring fans, which will be taking place in the Forge over the next few weeks. Givler and Korias will be thrown into the labyrinth in the bowels of the Forge and forced to battle through all manner of conditions to its heart where an additional grand prize awaits the winner... as well as another kind of surprise. As well as this I will be putting on a special prize giving event in the Forge, where the Champions will be officially presented and all are welcome to come and enjoy the fesitivities. This will also be beginning soon. Finally, there is a new discussion thread here for all who wish to comment on the upcoming refit of the Forge for season two. Please share any ideas you have for the competition, all opinions are welcome. So to close, I would just like to thank everyone who has taken part in this first season of the Forge, it has been most enjoyable for me to run and I hope for everyone who took part in it. I look forwards to many more grueling battles and stunning feats in its fiery trials. So please everybody raise your glasses to Givler, Korias, and the first season of the Forge! Forum Face-lift: Yay or Nay?	April 15, 2008
Alright.  The RC has decided that it would be nice to tidy up and organize the IC section of the index page to reduce some of the massive scroll.  The forum itself is slightly sloppy, and the sheer length of it is more than a little intimidating to newcomers.  However, you, the members, get to have the final say in this. The District Wardens Have Been Chosen!	April 09, 2008
Everyone congratulate Tobias, Elphinstone, Alastor, and Elian on making District Warden! After some more discussion the RC felt it was best to only have one District Warden for each area for now, and so instead of only having three areas we'll now be having four as well.  Here is a list of each area and its respective District Warden: Tobias - Míriel Clypsafayi/Elphinstone - Highwood Alastor - Elenion Elian Failee - Impregnable Forest I'm sure they'll be having some really great plots coming out soon, so be sure to keep an eye on these areas for changes as well as the Player Consortium for when they begin advertising their threads. Congrats, guys.  I know you'll do a great job.
